Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you shop with Savera Collection.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

General

These terms apply to all purchases from Savera Collection through saveracollection.com, WhatsApp or phone. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Return & Exchange Policy.

Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
  • We describe and photograph products as accurately as possible. Screen colours vary, and handmade or hand-painted items can differ slightly from the photos.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

Orders

  • An order is accepted once we confirm it by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we cannot reach you to confirm. Any advance payment is refunded in full.
  • For high-value orders or customers with refused deliveries, we may ask for part or full payment in advance.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash and NayaPay, as listed on our Payment Methods page. Online orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Delivery & exchanges

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather or holidays. Exchanges, returns and refunds follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

Website content

All photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Savera Collection and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability

Products should be used and installed as intended. Savera Collection is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, mounting or handling after delivery. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Contact us.
