Where we deliver
We deliver to all major cities and most towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Delivery times

Delivery times start after your order is confirmed. Sundays, public holidays, weather and courier delays can add time.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: Rs 250 per order
- Free delivery on orders above Rs 5,000
- Large or heavy items may have an extra charge, which we confirm with you before dispatch

Order process
- Confirmation: our team confirms your order by call or WhatsApp.
- Dispatch: confirmed orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
- Tracking: we send the tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
- Delivery: the rider delivers to your address and collects payment for Cash on Delivery orders.
If we cannot reach you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
Packing
Glass, ceramic, metal and painted pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in strong double boxes. Wall clocks and frames get corner protection.
Receiving your order
- Check the parcel is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
- Record a short unboxing video when opening fragile items. It helps us resolve any damage claim quickly.
